Ross has over 10 years experience working as a Counsellor / Therapist and over 7 years as a Group Therapist working with people of all ages from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds.

He also has extensive experience as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor in a forensic setting working closely with the NSW Drug Court and the NSW Probation and Parole Service.

Other work experiences include helping people address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, workplace bullying, stress, childhood trauma, emotional issues, anger management, relationship difficulties and family problems.

His therapeutic approach is very flexible and relaxed utilising a variety of techniques from Mindfulness-based Therapies, CBT, Psychotherapy and Systemic interventions.

Ross believes that people are not broken, just stuck, and that Counselling can help get lives back on track.
